  1. To increase the technical flood forecasting capabilities of WMO members countries the use of warning tools from land or satellite data needs to be harmonized and the global centers provide real time OHS (temperature on the surface of the sea) and that the channels of diffusion of the information to the users is assured by the local residents in the native languages and the community press

  2. To increase techniches for flood forecasting in WMO members together, international comparison of skill and method which is used in each member countries is needed in WMO base. And then all of the information about that should be shared.

Also through conjunctive use of surface and groundwater, and desalination of groundwater and the use of salty water for mineral processing rather than using potable water.

What do you expect from WMO in this regard?

Provision of low cost technology for desalination, recycling and reuse by WMO would facilitate drought proofing developing countries.
